  16. Maybe prices have changed since, but half a year ago it was twice as
  17. expensive as the non-SDC one.

  19. If you're using something that supports a sync port (e.g. Ciscos), it
  20. will also offer its own brand of compression over PPP. And if you just
  21. want to connect a pair of workstations, they won't support sync
  22. communications anyway.
